In partnership with NBCU we developed a natural language chat experience to help viewers navigate over thousands hours of competition. Called OLI, the generative AI chat enabled fans to find when and where to watch their favorite events, effortlessly, while driving viewers to NBCU’s broadcast channels and streaming platform Peacock.
From product vision and experience design, to conversational branding and front-end development, we designed OLI to respond personally to the nuances of every viewer’s interests.
